The following form must be submitted to Paradise Rec Center every six months
Applications accepted in February for the Spring/summer session Apr 1 - Sep 30
 and in August for the Fall/Winter session Oct 1-Mar 31

Other events such as leagues, fun shoots, etc will need separate permits
